a. We make exclusive use of PUDO to provide you with the best possible shipping options based on your location and the size and weight of your order.

b. We offer a Standard shipping option only. Shipping times and prices will vary based on your location and time of the year.

2. Shipping Times

a. We strive to ship all orders within 7 business days of receiving payment. Remember, your t-shirts are made to order. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the time of the year.

b. Estimated shipping times are as follows:

• Standard Shipping: 2 – 5 business days

c. Please note that shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.

3. Shipping Fees

a. Shipping fees are fixed at a flat rate of R60 per order.

b. We offer free shipping on all orders over R500. For orders below R500, a flat rate shipping fee will be applied.

c. We do not ship outside the borders of South Africa.

4. Shipping Confirmation

a. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

b. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account on our website.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

a. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages during shipping. If you encounter any issues with your shipment, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
